Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY To secure all appointments, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost. We understand that things can come up, so we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Reschedules made within this time frame will have their deposit transferred to the new booking. Please note: Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations, reschedules or no-shows made within less than 48 hours notice. If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be lost. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule, and your deposit may be forfeited. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
